Refund and return policy:
We make returns for regret and size changes. Shipping costs for exchange or return will always be borne by the customer and will depend on the company that makes the collection, generally around €5.00 in the Iberian Peninsula. We will only make size changes or returns when the garment is in perfect condition and no more than 15 calendar days have elapsed from the moment of delivery.
In the event that the customer requests an exchange or return of the garment(s) purchased due to an error when choosing the size, we will take care of processing the management so that the postal company collects it in the shortest period of time possible. the clothes and we can refund the amount paid by the client or change the garment for another of the same model with a different size.

Shipping Policy:
After making the payment in our store you will receive a purchase confirmation email. You will then receive an SMS or an email from the shipping company attaching a tracking number. It will detail all the instructions to review the shipping data and make the package tracking in real time.
We will do everything possible to deliver your order within the established deadlines , although we cannot be held responsible for delays for reasons beyond VigyProject's control or for reasons of force majeure.
If a delay in shipping times as a result of our negligence, we will be responsible and We will proceed to immediately refund the total amount paid by the customer , including shipping costs. The shipping costs of products distributed in Spain are fixed and will be reflected by default in the "cart" section moments before the purchase is processed. However, the cost of shipping orders placed from the Canary Islands may vary and be affected due to a series of causes beyond our control, in which case we will contact the client to proceed with the refund of the total amount of his order . Provided that the buyer is willing, we will set new shipping costs according to the transport company and we will process the order again. We take this measure to protect the buyer from possible changes in the shipping price, in addition to covering unforeseen events such as delays or non-payment. We will refund the total amount of the order only if the shipping cost fluctuates by more than 15%.
